Creating such a loving unity within our own soul will allow us to live from a higher consciousness of love & light. Allowing ourselves to live from that Christ Consciousness, that light, will extend love to all whom we come in contact with. 

   We have transformed into an age of great spiritual awareness, where we must focus our attention to the inner dimensions of who we are. 

    We must gain knowledge of our inner dimensions, the fascia, the organs, their frequency, our patterns. Having a clean internal environment can create more flexibility, ease tensions in physical and mental realms, while allowing our essence to be free and at peace. Being at peace with oneself brings happiness to your inner & external world.
